Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist

KAPE is seeking a committed Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist based in Phnom Penh to join our team.

About the role

You will work closely with schools, communities and government partners to deliver high-quality education programmes and ensure measurable impact for children and youth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor programme activities in the field

• Build strong relationships with schools, teachers and local authorities

• Collect data and report on progress against agreed targets

• Support training, mentoring and community engagement

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• Two or more years of relevant experience

• Strong communication skills in Khmer and English

• Willingness to travel to programme sites
